Eventually we plan to offer all available merchandise on-line, but currently we are not capable of offering categories such as clothing, as all our brands are from Scandinavia with an inherent particular fit and sometimes different sizing-scale. If you do know exactly what clothing item you want, you can order via e-mail, and either include a phone-number where you can be reached or include all data needed to charge your credit card. This includes name on card, number, expiration date, security number and correct card address. We will process your credit card and add applicable shipping cost to your order. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. When ordering clothing on-line please remember that we do not refund shipping and handling fees and we need to apply a 15% re-stocking fee on returns. Q: What is your return policy?
A: All returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of date of delivery for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. No returns or exchanges on cosmetics, swimwear or underwear. a 15% re-stocking fee applies to all clothing refunds. If returned in-store for store credit, no re-stocking fee applies. All discounted items are final sale. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
